The soup that features the amazing clearness and the deep flavor is made from the branded poultry "Daisen-dori," one of famous local foods of Tottori prefecture. Ginger-flavored oil enhances the flavor of the delicate soup. The smooth, chewy noodle is the product of "Asakusa Kaikarou," one of the most renowned noodle producers in Japan.
