Tenjinshita Daiki is one of the legendary ramen places in Japan. Since its opening in 1999, Daiki's "Tori-soba" made with free run poultry "Hinai-jidori" became very popular, and it received an award "the best ramen restaurant in Japan" in a TV program; furthermore, Daiki is known for having a line of several hundred customers waiting for the ramen. Unlike other ramen places that feature soup stock made with a lot of different ingredients, Daiki uses only simple chicken soup stock. The noodle is slightly whitish and has great wheat flavor, and of course, absolutely no artificial color is added. Enjoy the great harmony of the straightforward soup and noodles. In addition, since the owner/chef had experienced in Japanese cuisine, he also offers limited seasonal dishes made with selected ingredients in season.
