Overview
Generally, people have images of eel dishes as expensive dining, and it is said that you should enjoy the aesthetic of waiting for eel dishes.
We broke the conventional view of eel dishes with ”low cost/quick/delicious” as our motto.
Carefully selected authentically-brewed soy sauce is used for Unatoto’s special sauce, so that it goes well with eel dishes.
Enjoy our dishes with fragrant plumper eel finished by roasting on authentic Bincho-tan charcoal.
